Polite workers, good breakfast, fantastic location. Special note of thanks to chef. Loved how spotlessly clean the room was.
-
Ideal setting, friendly staff.
Loved coffee facilities and hairdryer in the room. Besides, science and industry museum is 5 minutes' drive away.
-
Shops and life are within quick reach
-
Proximity to the railway station.
-
So great to stay in downtown of town.
-
Good location.
Shower was poor and lift button on 3rd floor needed fixed. Could do with some renovation - decor was dated.
-
Quality of rooms and choice of food

The location
I booked an executive room yet was given an economy room but still charged executive rates. It wasn't until I queried it due to the very poor quality of the room that I was told I had been downgraded as they were very busy that weekend! I think at the very least I should have been informed of the downgrade at checking in! Very shoddy operating policies!
-
the conveniance of the location, and the comfort of the room
in general i was pleased with the experiance
-
Location
The room i stayed in was too small and dark. Had no window felt a bit claustrophobic. Wallpaper on the ceiling was coming away and hanging. Rooms could do with a makeover. The Tv was outdated and had very limited stations and poor signal quality. From the room i stayed in it was not worth the money i paid for it. I would recommend this hotel again only if they request a room with a window.

Just the location near to the train station as a non-driver handy with bags and cases and getting trains.loved the stair case hated the loud music from night clubs next door bed was shaking with the noise but then agin it was arealy cheap tacky very small single bed bit like a chids bed !didnt sleep at all due to noise and uncomfy bed .oh only 1 cheap tea bag on tray with tea cup ..come on get your act together!!i wqas born and bred in manchester im sure you can do better ?!!
Didnt like cheap tacky bed uncomfy ..too small ..like a childs bed im 5ft 6 tall and my feet hung over the end! The drunks on the entrance to the hotel was awfull and prostitues and the overspill to nightclubs next door !music was too loud from clubs and couldnt sleep for the loud noise

Good value for money, room modern and clean. Location good for all the city sights, entertainment, and shops
-
Location
I was put in a room above a very noisy night club which did not close until 2am. Given this, I should have been warned about it before it was booked.

City centre location
The hotel really needs updating, quite dated. I booked over three months and requested a back of building room and I was put in a room at the front, they did move after I had to complain. Hotel and room really hot and stuffy you really would expect in this modern age to have air conditioning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

central location
door fob didn't work waited 10 mins for porter to let us in. was very warm but window only opened about 2 inches no air conditioning or fan in room. Room itself was clean but as on top floor ceiling sloped and was thick dust that an earlier occupant had written 'clean me' in dust...obviously not been seen/done!!
